1. Delivery Locations

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

 

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines vary by location:

    • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

    • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

    • Remote/Non-serviceable Areas: Up to 10 business days or subject to availability

Please note: Delivery may be delayed during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
You can also log into your account on our website to track your order status.

 

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Unavailability of the recipient

  • Inability to contact you

Our courier partner will attempt 2 additional deliveries. If still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and you may be charged a re-delivery fee.

 

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the outer packaging and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

6. International Shipping
