Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we do not accept returns unless:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

3. Refund Process

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this period, we begin processing and shipping, and cancellations will not be accepted.
