Biryani Gravy Preparation

Ingredients:

Onion, Ginger powder, Garlic powder, Black pepper, Turmeric, Indian Spices, Cashew nuts, Salt.

Preparation method बनाने का विधि:

Cooking of Biryani Rice Method of Making Biryani
Take 250 gm rice, wash it and soak it in water for 1 hour.
Take a pan, add 5 cups of water, add whole spices, 1 ½ tbsp salt, and boil it.
Add soaked rice, cook it till it gets 95% cooked, remove water from rice.
Take 50gm Mix (6 tbsp) premix, add ½ cup water (125 ml), and mix it.
Take 500 gm chicken/vegetable, add 100 gm curd and 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
Add premix paste, marinate, and keep aside.
Take a pan, add oil, add 1 chopped onion, and sauté it. Add 2 tomato puree and sauté for 2-3 min.
Add marinated chicken/vegetable, cover, and cook for 8-10 min.
Take a pan, add chicken/vegetable gravy, and add a rice layer.
Repeat with chicken/vegetable gravy, rice layer, sprinkle mint, coriander, fried onion, ghee, soaked saffron.
Cover and cook for 15-20 min on low flame.
